All shipping charges are actual charges plus box and or other packing materials. I do not view shipping as a profit center, it is how I get my work to you.
Shipping of small items is by Priority Mail via USPS. Order processing is within two days and shipping is two to three business days.
Shipping and Handling for small items such as pens, vases, key rings $4.95.
Shipping and Handling for Wind chimes and mid sized items is $9.95.
Additional pieces are only .99 each. For example, if you order a wind chime and a pen, your S/H would be only $10.94; two pens would be $5.94.
Shipping and Handling for large pieces is individual, based on size and weight and will be by quote. Arrangments can also be made for local pick-up.
Insurance is offered at your option.
These rates apply to shipping in continental USA, all other rates will be quoted.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, let us know. We will do whatever is reasonable to satisfy you. If you do not like your purchase, let us know within 30 days of receipt of goods. Return it pre-paid for full credit less shipping and handling. If something is damaged, defective or broken, it will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you at no charge. If you prefer a refund we will refund your purchase price plus shipping.
